I just released Haave, a plugin based on the work I did with Utu, but taken much further. The transient editing is now separated into EQ bands, where the transient is calculated based on that frequency. This means you can cut or boost the transient or tail of a specific part of the spectrum, making it a morphing powerhouse. This plugin really helped me understand what sort of differences for example microphones can have in relation to others. It's not just about the frequency, it is about time. Description: Haave is an EQ with a few tricks up its sleeve. You have the possibility to either boost or cut the EDGE / transient of the sound, a SOFT version of the signal, or the TAIL of the signal. What this means is you are able to get your percussion to smack or even compress at a specific frequency area. The low and high ends have a selection switch between a BAND and a SHELF. Each band also includes a control for fine tuning the TIME component of the transient capture, as well as a blend in the middle position of the character knob for a more SOFT sound.
